I wanted to learn more about the apps and features of Microsoft and Google that I don't use all that much and I wanted to become more confident in my digital skills and not be doubting I can do stuff or having to ask someone how to do something. I also wanted to my boost my customer service skills as I've never worked with the public until now. I wanted to make myself more appealing to employers.

This is a great course for anyone who wishes to upskill their digital skills and learn all the features of Microsoft and Google. Also, the Customer Service Module gives a great start to anyone who wants to work in any service industry.

Regardless of how much you feel you know you learn more from the tutors and from the fellow students in the course. While it very focused on digital skills and tools it also allows you to learn about communicating and working with people in a remote environment.
